1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Trade Bridge International website and any business facilitation, consultation, or trade support services ("Services") we provide. By engaging our Services or submitting a request through our Trade Portal, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Trade Bridge International is an international business services and trade facilitation company. We provide business consultation, market research, supplier and buyer search, company verification, business meeting coordination, documentation support, business visa documentation support, business travel coordination, negotiation support, translation/interpretation coordination, logistics coordination, and exhibition/trade event services.

We are not a visa-issuing authority, a licensed customs broker, a bank, or a legal firm. Our role is to facilitate, coordinate, and support — not to guarantee business, financial, or immigration outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your business, products, and requirements.
• Provide any documents needed for verification, documentation, or coordination services in a timely manner.
• Make your own final commercial decisions — we provide support and coordination, not investment or legal advice.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your own country and any target market.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific engagement:

• A 50% deposit of the agreed fee is required upfront before work begins on a service or engagement.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the agreed service or deliverable.
• Fees are quoted and agreed on a per-engagement basis depending on the scope of services requested.

5. Refunds

Once work has commenced on an engagement (including but not limited to market research, supplier/buyer search, company verification, or documentation preparation), the deposit and any fees paid become non-refundable. This reflects the time, coordination, and third-party costs already committed on your behalf. If you have a concern about a specific engagement, please contact us directly — we will review requests for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee that a supplier, buyer, or business partner introduction will result in a completed transaction.
• We do not issue visas, guarantee visa approval, or influence the decisions of embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or other government institutions — see our Disclaimer for full detail.
• We are not responsible for the actions, quality, or reliability of independent third parties (suppliers, buyers, logistics providers, travel partners) introduced through our network, though we take reasonable steps to verify companies we introduce.
• Timelines for research, verification, or coordination services are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the request and third-party response times.

7. Business Principles

We operate under a strict set of principles: no fake documents, no visa guarantees, no hidden commissions, no illegal services, and client confidentiality at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trade Bridge International's liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
